These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of courses.shreedigitalpartners.com and the courses, videos, presentations, downloads, assessments and related services provided by Shree Digital Partners (“we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Course information and enrolment

Course descriptions, syllabus, duration, format, instructor details, prerequisites, fees and access periods shown at enrolment form part of your purchase or enrolment. We may make reasonable updates to improve accuracy, quality, security or legal compliance. We do not guarantee that completing a course will produce a particular job, business, ranking, revenue, certification or other result.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Where a course is paid, prices and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase. Access is granted only after payment is successfully verified. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party gateway under its own terms. Any course-specific refund, cancellation or rescheduling terms displayed before purchase will apply. If no separate policy is displayed, contact us before payment to confirm eligibility; nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.

Permitted use of course materials

Subject to these Terms, we grant an enrolled learner a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access course materials for learning purposes during the stated access period. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Shree Digital Partners or the relevant licensors.

You must not copy, record, screen-capture in bulk, download except through an authorised download option, reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, translate, modify, remove notices from, publicly display or commercially exploit course materials without prior written permission. You must not share login details, bypass access controls, scrape the site, introduce malicious code or interfere with the website or another learner.

User submissions and conduct

You retain ownership of original work you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, review and process submissions as needed to provide the course, assess progress and maintain records. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, confidential without authority or harmful to others. We may remove such content and restrict access where reasonably necessary.

Third-party services and YouTube

The website may embed YouTube videos and link to third-party websites, tools or services. Their availability, content, privacy practices and terms are controlled by those providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, though this does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability and changes
